We recently visited Mr and Mrs P who were looking to get a conservatory that suited their property whilst serving as a dining room. Not only this, they wanted one that was not too big in order to maintain the large garden space, but big enough to accommodate them.

Through a thorough consultation, the homeowners opted for a traditional Victorian-style conservatory with a matching brick foundation. The Victorian style, with its faceted front and pitched roof, was the ideal solution to suit the beauty of their homes. The single uPVC door was enough for the size of the room and its purpose whilst maintaining thermal efficiency and security. There is still enough glass to flood the room with light and create an exceptional but functional space.

Traditional Victorian Conservatory

I got various quotes from other companies which were far more expensive than Elite, after viewing a friend’s conservatory that was installed by Elite we decided to go with them.
Nick and his team made the whole process easy, no mess was ever left.

We had all our doors and windows replaced in one go as the old wood items were, despite regular painting,  in a poor state.
We had previously cleared a good space by each window and door to make the operation as simple as possible.

Despite the warm weather the guys continued working and the work was finished in four days. They were very tidy and cleared up any mess they made and on the last day had an extra clear up which only left some light dust which we soon vacuumed  up.

We had one small snag which we reported and was fixed the same day, so no complaints in that area.

If we needed this service again, which is unlikely, we would have no reason not to book Elite Fascias again.

We recently had aluminium framed windows, in a bespoke colour, fitted to the front of the property and we are delighted with the end result.  The windows are   everything we were told they would be.
